Our goal is to make every customer happy and anticipate your needs, but we know that whenever technology is involved there will be issues sometimes, and we are happy to assist you. Why do I have to Create An Account?
In order to purchase through the site you will need to create an account and include your most basic contact information. Creating an account allows us to store your purchases and transaction history in order to protect you from data loss. This way you can access your past purchases and redownload them at any time. You will also get pattern updates automatically if there ever are any. You will use the same account/login for future Bundle UP sales.
How do I add items to my cart?
There are 2 ways to add items to your cart. If you’ve been scoping out the sale early and already know exactly what patterns you want, you can click on the bundle listing and add patterns quickly from there. Or, if you want to browse the more detailed individual listings and read all of the specifics about each pattern before adding to cart, you can do that by clicking on the pattern title below each listing thumbnail photo. Then click “add to cart.”
How can I tell what is in my cart?
Look in the left hand pane. See your current cart contents there, or click “cart” in the left pane for the detailed view.
How can I edit my cart?
Click “cart” on the left pane, then click the X to remove items. To add items return to “Build Your Bundle.”
How do I checkout?
Click “cart” in the left pane, then “Checkout.”
Why is there tax?
Sales tax only applies to residents of North Carolina. Once you enter your billing information the cart will remove the tax if you are not a resident of that state.
Is checkout secure?
Yes, we use PayPal Secure Checkout for your protection.
Patterns are listed at regular retail price. What is wrong?
Nothing is wrong. As soon as you add a 6th pattern to your cart, the bundle pricing AUTOMATICALLY drops your patterns to the correct price. The more you add, the more the price drops.
I don’t want 6 patterns, what do I do?
In order to get the bundle price you must buy at least 6 patterns. The patterns in the bundle are priced at approximately 50% retail price, so you are getting 6 patterns for the price of 3. If you do not want at least 6 patterns, you must wait until February 16th for patterns to be available in designers’ shops.
Where are my patterns?
When you complete your purchase, click “Return to Pattern Revolution” on your PayPal screen if you are not automatically redirected. Then click “My Account.” There you will be able to view and download your purchases at any time. You will also get an email containing the download links. Be sure to check your spam box before emailing for assistance, or simply login to your Bundle UP account. Emails are sent to the address associated with your Bundle UP account, so be sure you are looking in the correct location for your download links. If you have already checked your spam, checked the email account associated with Bundle UP, and your Bundle UP account and did not find your links, please send us a message through our ‘Contact Us’ page.
How long can I access my patterns through the download links?
We suggest you download all your purchases to a computer immediately, but the links do not expire and your purchases will remain available in your account for future access as long as the site remains open for business. Once you have downloaded your files, be sure to protect your investment by creating back up copies on a hard drive or other back up services like Google Drive or Dropbox.
How can I open my patterns?
All files are in .pdf format, so you will need to have a PDF reader to view them. You can download Adobe Reader Free HERE. If you are using a new Windows 8 computer, be sure to download and install the full version of the reader instead of using the preinstalled app to avoid printing issues later.
I bought the patterns, but I need help with the instructions. What do I do?
Each designer maintains their own customer service for assistance with pattern related questions. Please contact individual designers for help getting your questions answered. Most are available through email and/or have helpful Facebook groups for assistance.
Can I purchase the bundle as a gift for a friend?
Sure, just select “Gift Certificate,” decide on the amount, then enter their email address at checkout. The recipient will get to choose their own bundle patterns.
Can I return my bundle for a refund?
No, all sales are final, there are no refunds allowed on bundle purchases.
